A beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. If you want to explore New York City while staying in a calmer and more comfortable area, this is an excellent choice. The host responds to questions almost instantly, which made everything very easy and stress-free.
The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you might need , there’s really no need to bring anything extra with you. The place felt very spacious and comfortable for our family.
If we decide to visit New York again in the future, this would definitely be one of the first places we would consider staying at again.

If anything, the description under-sells this apartment. We were here for a few days because of a performance at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan. At first, we were reluctant to book anything outside of Manhattan. After leaving, we are so incredibly glad we didn’t book anywhere else! Not only is this apartment impeccably clean, well appointed, well lit with natural light, with comfortable beds, plenty of space, comfortable couches, well appointed kitchen, etc. etc; the location can’t be beat! 15 minutes at most to World Trade Center, and from there, anywhere in Manhattan in minutes. Do yourself a favor and take the 10 minute walk down to Exchange Place, and you’re greeted with one of the best views of New York City you could ever hope for. Bars and restaurants around Grove Street are exceptional, and open late. We will stay here again every time we come to New York. Doesn’t matter when why. Super proactive hosts, but we didn’t need them, because everything was perfect from the start.

Tökéletes elhelyezkedése volt, kertvárosi, szép környezetben,de egyben könnyen elérhető volt a nyüzsgő Manhattan. Így napközben a forgatagban sétálhattunk,de éjszaka kellemesen tudtunk pihenni. Barátságosak voltak a házigazdák, bármilyen kérdésünk volt,azonnal válaszoltak, jó tippeket adtak és segítőkészek voltak mindenben. Az apartman egy négy fős családnak kényelmes volt. Tisztasága kifogástalan, felszerelései minden igényt kielégítő volt. Nagyon szerettünk ott lenni, jó szívvel tudom ajánlani! Mégegyszer köszönjük! Csodás egy hét volt! ❤️

This was perfect for our needs. We had a very detailed compendium which was helpful to the local area. Close to everything we needed, PATH access, shopping centre for food is walkable.
Unit very comfortable and very clean. Peter has provided everything you could need for a wonderful stay. We would definately stay again.

Great stay! The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and felt like home. The location was super convenient, just minutes from the station with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
There are stairways inside that are a bit steep, so something to keep in mind if traveling with elderly guests or heavy luggage. It wasn’t an issue for us, but worth noting.
Overall, one of the best stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento a Jersey City e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La casa è esattamente come descritta: moderna, luminosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi, pulitissimi e dotati di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno confortevole, dal Wi‑Fi veloce alla cucina perfettamente attrezzata.
La posizione è un vero punto di forza: il quartiere è tranquillo ma ben servito, con supermercati, caffetterie e ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Inoltre, la vicinanza alla PATH station permette di arrivare a Manhattan in pochi minuti, rendendo l’appartamento ideale sia per vacanze che per viaggi di lavoro.
Un ringraziamento speciale all’host, sempre gentile, disponibile e rapido nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Mi sono sentito accolto fin dal primo momento.
Consiglio vivamente questo alloggio a chiunque cerchi un punto d’appoggio confortevole e ben collegato: non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Tornerò sicuramente!

Wat een heerlijke plek en comfortabel appartement om te gebruiken als uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van New York. De ontvangst is zeer gastvrij, het appartement is voorzien van alle gemakken, het PATH treinstation en supermarkten zijn vlakbij. Je kunt hier tot rust komen terwijl de actie om de hoek is.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour ici. L'appartement est très bien placé ( à quelques minutes du PATH pour Manhattan et du centre de Jersey city, dans un quartier très sympa), conforme aux photos, et très bien équipé. Les lits sont très confortables, l'appartement est calme et très propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié les petits plus : savon, shampoing, cotons, mouchoirs, thés, capsules de café , sucre etc..., tout est fourni et c'est très agréable en arrivant !
